3.18.3. Add a comment

The program also allows browsing to create comments. To add a new comment, select Add comment from menu Comments , located in the Tools menu . A window will appear where you can enter the title of the comment its content, and choose whether to cover the entire comment object or set of charts current. The time by which will refer Comments are, it is time akutalnie indicated by the cursor on the time charts. After entering the title and the content of the comment, press the "Add" button, it will send a comment the server.
